    Hi Tom,

Start by restarting your complete network starting from your modem/router all the way to your Bluesound devices. Test and see if this help solve the issue you are experiencing.

If issue persists, please send us a support request using the BluOS app. BluOS >> Settings >> Help >> Send support Request.

Hi, i have same problems, issue with connenction.
    Listening on Bluesound Node Icon.
Please don't say, to restarting app, router or any other things. That is not HELP !
My question why is for example other service are work good, and only Tidal have problems.
So, looks like this are or Tidal problem, or Tidal can't properly work with Bluesound.

    Hi-Res

Reported today on other hardware as well, apparently Tidal made some changes on their servers. Try the Tidal desktop App as that works for some.
    .

Edit… working now but you may have to powercycle your players.

This same thing has been happening to me for the past two weeks with Tidal Connect and Bluos. My Node Icon disconnects from the Wi-Fi network at some point, and a message appears on my device's screen indicating the error and telling me to check my network. However, my network is fine, as I have other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and they don't disconnect. I've sent a support message to see what they'll reply. I hope it's not the usual issue regarding my network, etc.

I have the same problem. Spotify streams perfectly on my node, but Tidal freezes every few seconds.

All apps are up to date, I've cleared the cache, and I've even unplugged the node, regardless of whether Wi-Fi or Ethernet is active—nothing helps.

Tidal works perfectly fine via the mobile app.
