Icon Screen Suddenly Stopped Working — just has lines

I have had my Icon for just about 24 hours and the screen on the I on suddenly stopped working. It looks like a hardware issue as the screen just has lines on it — like it isn’t refreshing. I’ve tried rebooting several times, but it hasn’t fi ed the issue. Did I just get a bad unit? Anyone have suggestions for how to fix this? Thanks.
