Node Icon with BluOS 4.8.17 update crashing regularly
AnsweredWith the 4.8.17 update, I was finally able to install additional music services (the screen never loaded previously, and restarting all my network gear had no effect). Unfortunately, the streamer now crashes at least once daily, sometimes 2, 3, or 5 times a day. It just crashes and reboots.
It's happened while its playing content from Quboz, SiriusXM, USB-C, and just a few minutes ago while doing nothing at all.
I wish in retrospect I could downgrade to the prior version, while I couldn't install music services, at least it never crashed.

Just to add to this, Mark, I am also experiencing a lot of sound issues since the latest update on the M10 V3. The sound cuts out a lot regardless of the input source. Usually a popping sound and then just silence either for a second or two or completely and might not start again.
I tried rebooting and disconnecting the mains for 10 mins but it still happens every day sporadically.

I am having this crashing & rebooting problem too. The unit crashes & reboots even when on standby. I returned an original purchased unit to the dealer with this problem & the replacement unit received yesterday is suffering the same issues.

Hi Richard
After a restart, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew may take a closer look.

Mine no longer crashes, the fix for me was to plug the Node into a different outlet. Apparently the way my amplifier and Node were interacting on the power was causing the amplifier to occasionally fault, and the Node to crash. If you have a power strip or circuit with a lot of load on it, maybe try moving the Node to a different outlet (e.g. instead of the power strip the rest is in, go directly to a different wall socket).
