    Hi Gerrit,

    Typically, you won't need to re-authenticate any music services, including Tidal, after an upgrade or system reboot. However, sometimes Tidal or other music services may request re-authentication to assist in re-establishing the authentication handshake between your Bluesound player (ICON) and the music service servers.

    Please feel free to reach out to our support crew that can analyze log files from your Bluesound player. Simply send us a support request using the BluOS app.
