Update Issue - Node 2i Stuck with Solid Red Light

I am writing regarding an issue with my Bluesound Node 2i. The device is currently stuck with a solid red light following an attempted firmware update.
Here are the details of the situation:
1. The device attempted an automatic update.
2. During the update, the process was interrupted, and the light turned solid red.
3. I have tried unplugging and replugging the device, but the light remains red.
4. I also attempted a factory reset by holding down the play/pause button, without success.
I would like to request:
1. The download link for the latest Node 2i firmware.
2. Detailed instructions on how to perform a manual update.
3. Any other suggestions to resolve this issue.

• Model: Bluesound Node 2i
