WiFi issue - strange behaviour of the Node N132

When I connected the player to a 5GHz WiFi network (in the same place, the same connected TV decodes 4K videos without any problem), the blue sound app showed very good signal quality but songs on Tidal 96 kHz and 192 kHz often interrupted playback.
When I changed the network to 2.4 kHz the signal indicator in the app showed that it was "very weak", but still Tidal works on the same files without interruption.
Has anyone had similar observations and can anything be done about it? Because overall I would prefer to have only one WiFi band, the higher one.

Send us a support request using the Settings menu of the App. We can arrange for one of our Support Crew experts to help troubleshoot. When filling out the online form form Settings, Send Support Request, be sure to tell them the make and model of your router. If it is supplied by your Internet Service Provider, also include the name of the ISP and the region you are in.
