    Hi Olav

Please send our Support Crew a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so they may take a closer look. They will be in contact via e-mail after reviewing your log.

Do you have any updates regarding this issue? I’m experiencing the exact same behavior: when I play something through Spotify, I can see the song is playing, but there’s no sound. It automatically skips to the next track every 10 seconds. I’ve used the restart option in the diagnostics menu — after that, it works fine until the next use or the next day.

    I use a Powernode Edge - BluOS 4.8.21

The issue is in your Spotify App. Please consult the Spotify App or Spotify Support on how to clear your account cache.

Hi, I have a Bluesound Node and I experience the exact same error.
Spotify plays perfectly until I switch to listening via Bluesound Node. I can't hear anything, and it skips every song after 10 seconds.
My wife has the same problem which makes me think it's not a problem related to Spotify.

For your information, I allready cleared the cash in the Spotify app.

Exactly, I cleared the Spotify cache as well, but I’m still experiencing the same issue.
At the moment, I have to restart my Bluesound every time I want to use it.

Also, I’m having trouble with the HDMI ARC source not activating automatically when I turn on the TV.
I have to say, I’m a bit disappointed to have this kind of problems with such a popular device.

Even a restart of the Bluesound doesn't make it work in my case.

I've unplugged the Internet router for 30 seconds, and the problem seems to be solved.
