Vault will only use internal storage no services, no updates, nothing outside my wifi network.
AnsweredCurrently my vault is only able to use files from the internal library. My Quboz is not accessible nor can I perform and update. So I have no issue with getting on my network (hard wired), I have no issue accessing my Vault. I cannot use a streaming service, I cannot perform an update or anything outside of the vault.
I might assume gateway to get out but I do not see that reported in the Vault, only IP address no gateway.

Start with powering off the VAULT and then reboot your Router, wait five minutes (important) and then power on the VAULT.
If this does not help in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
