    HI Kenneth

We have seen this a few times and is not a BluOS problem per se as much as it can be related to how Spotify stores Connect devices in your Spotify Cloud and network path cache on your router.

Please see this Help Centre Article; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/9905043454743

Try restarting your router, wait 5 minutes, restart your Bluesound Players, wait 5 more minutes then kill and relaunch the Spotify App on your phone. The waiting 5 minutes is very important.

If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App and our Support Crew can assist further.

    Hi Tony,

Had the same issue as described above - NODE 2 played radio (so setup and connections work) but did not play Spotify (Spotify showed to be connected to my player but played songs for 10 seconds before skipping to the next one without sound).

    Tried your steps which worked!

    Thanks!

After ten restarts, and random actions, it connected. However, after an upgrade of the firmware, Spotify is now not listedas an installedservice. When I click to add a Music Service, it just hangs forever. I've tried this for a few days now. Restarted everything, reinstalled the app etc.
So very sad that these things happen over and over again as a never ending tragedy.

Still having trouble...Spotify connect to soundbar will only play till next track then stop (Spotify progression bar still counting) restart track or advance will make it start playing again, then stops again auto next track. Every other device is fine.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue for the last six months. I use lossless quality; Spotify plays through BluOS, and typically every fourth song has no sound, even though the app shows it's playing. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, and their way of "resolving" it was simply to stop responding.
This is clearly a bug in Bluesound, which seems to be ignoring its customers and failing to address such a fundamental flaw. I’ve even bought new, expensive cables, replaced my router, and tried everything to pinpoint the error. Since this issue started, there has only been one update, and it didn't fix anything. When will this be fixed?

I know this is a problem with Bluesound because when my bluesound system is grouped with google devices (like a bedroom clock) in a google home group, there is no problem with Spotify connect. yet Spotify connect with bluesound devices alone it disconnects and stops.
