Pulseflex 2i connected but no sound
AnsweredI have a Pulseflex 2i that is connected and playing at very low volume. I am not able to adjust the volume. Is it dead, or is there an easy fix?

Hi Matt,
To help us diagnose the issue with your PULSE FLEX, please send us a support request through the BluOS app. This will automatically include a diagnostic log file from your player, which will assist our support crew in identifying the problem.
To send the request, open the BluOS app and navigate to BluOS > Settings > Send Support Request.
