NODE ICON problems

I received my Node ICON today and am very disappointed with the device. The case, display and connection options are very good, but a lot of things don't work properly:

- no aptX HD possible (only aptX)
- no pause/play when controlling via Bluetooth headphones (tested with Beyerdynamic Amiron and BOSE QC35 II)
(this works without problem with my Node 2i)

- USB C auto sense has no function (testet with Mac Mini M2 Pro)
- only minimal USB input implementation (no USB input information, no USB source control (pause/play). I have a small USB to aptX HD DAC, that can do this.

In Germany, something like this is called "Bananenware" (matures at the customer).
When can I expect the problems to be resolved? I'm almost ready to send it back.

  Another Node 2i user here. What is the appeal of upgrading to Icon from 2i, unless interested in XLR?

  XLR is not the main reason for switching to the NODE ICON. My interest is mainly the USB audio input. I listen a lot to Spotify's brilliant created and infinite playlists with audio normalization and crossover. But this is not possible via Spotify connect. I also use Tidal mostly via the Tidal app because the implementation in BluOS is not complete.
