Node ICON weak bass/poor sound quality
AnsweredI’ve had my Node ICON for about 2 weeks now. It’s been great up until a day ago. For some reason, the bass suddenly seems weak and thin. Haven’t changed a single setting. I swapped out the ICON for my previous gen Node and the bass returned to is normal full level. I fear something in my ICON has failed or is starting to fail. I know the ICON is a new product, but have any new ICON owners experienced something similar? Any idea what could be happening?
12/24 UPDATE: I did a factory reset on the ICON and everything appears to be back to normal. Very odd. Any ideas what could have happened? To my knowledge, the ICON only did a software update when I first got it and turned it on.
12/26 UPDATE: everything sounds muddy with weak bass again. Not sure what is happening. Perhaps my ICON is defective?
