Blusound Node audio keeps cutting out
AnsweredBeen having constant audio cut out issues since day 1 with my Blusound player streaming any source - mainly Spotify and TuneIn, but also Radio Paradise etc cuts out for no reason. Player is connected to ethernet so wifi isnt an issue. If I toggle the volume slider up and down a few times the audio starts again. All firmware is the latest.
Anyone else have similar issues and solutions?

Hi Andy, do try a Router reboot followed by a reboot of the NODE once the Router is fully up and running, beyond that you may have a Router configuration issue that needs Bluesound to help you with.
If you continue to have issues then the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
Edit you don’t say which output you are using but do try other outputs from the NODE bypassing a DAC if you use one.

I have tried all that. I have 2 more nodes at another house using the same routers and those work fine.
