Bluesound Node 2i repeatedly turns off within 15 seconds after robot
AnsweredNode 2i: Unit was off, no lights. I disconnected the power cable, waited 30 sec and then reconnected the power cable (Yes, power line from AC socket is operational). The play/pause button showed steady red light followed by rapidly flashing green light, followed by steady green that stayed on for less than 15 seconds before the unit shut down. I repeated the reboot 5 times which resulted in the exact same sequence of lights after which the unit turned off. Unit was purchased from your website at least 4-5 years ago.

In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this because you only have the one device then use email support@bluesound.com

Power off the NODE and reboot your Router, keep the NODE without power for ten minutes. Now power it up and try again, if this fail temporarily connect an Ethernet lead directly from the NODE to your router (moving it if necessary) and see if the LED at the front will turn to solid Blue.

I followed your instructions, the Node was already disconnected for 30 minutes so I rebooted the router, powered up the Node but the problem still persists. Direct connection via ethernet to router failed to resolve the problem.
