    Hi Alex

    Please select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot.

    After a restart, please wait 10 minutes or so for it to replicate with your other players. If the problem persists, please select Settings, Send Support Request as our Support Crew would like to take a closer look.

    I bought what was going to be the distributors demo model so I think it had their settings. I’ve cancelled all their subscriptions but I still seem to operating off two separate home screens. Should they be the same? I have two different players in different rooms.
