    Hi Andrew

    Something odd is happening here that is likely local to your environment. We will need a log file on this. Please repeat the actions to re-create it (turn down your Amp first). Then once it happens again, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so we may see the log file. 

    We anxiously look forward to viewing your log.
