Latest firmware update bricked my Pulse2, and then you comment locked my post?
Hello,
The latest firmware update broke my Pulse 2. And since the warranty is expired the offered solution is to buy a reconditioned one?
No firmware rollback?
No advice on how I can avoid the same situation from occurring on my 2 remaining devices?
Does Bluesound consider these high end speakers as consumables?
I’m very upset that your support person is not responding to my questions in the “regular support process” any longer, and that you comment locked my original post.
It feels like you are telling me to pay up or shut up.

I’ve the same problem. My Pulse is completely dead. Rather annoying for high end equipment
