Cannot get factory reset to work

    No need to factory reset as all you need to do is physically plug in the Ethernet lead and the network will be discovered upon powering on. The LED at the front will turn Blue and you will see the connection in your Routers web interface.

    Saying that you are probably experiencing configuration issues in your new Router / network. Check your router settings to ensure Multicast (mDNS) traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... turn it on. You could try a wired (Ethernet device such as a PC / Mac with the BluOS App installed, if this work it points to the Router blocking Wi-Fi to LAN connections.

    If you continue to have issues the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
