No access to my Vault - network drive (connected through IP address in the past)
AnsweredHi,
In the past I could directly access my Vault through my network. I added my vault as a network drive (using the IP address). Now I still see the connection but when I try to access, nothing happens and I get an error.
When I try to access my vault in explorer using \\<IP ADDRESS> I get a request for network references. My windows username is shown, but when I try to enter my password I get an error. I do NOT want to access the vault using network references. How can I solve this one? Help!
Thank you.

Hi Japp
Try Guest as the ID with no password. This chang was implemented in Windows and not controlled by BluOS. Windows continues to add security when using Local File Sharing in order to protect your PC form vulnerability.

Using User ID "Guest" with a blank password is not working. I have tried multiple times to access the Vault 2i drive and cannot. Yesterday I could connect to it and had mapped a network drive. Is there some other way to connect as a guest, because I get prompted for credentials every time now and have no way of accessing the drive. This is a refurbished Vault that I just got. I was not having this issue with my previous Vault 2.
