Start Playlist with Alarm function in shuffle mode

Since 4 years the same question but still i do not have any solution. When I will start a playlist with alarm every day at 8am it's starting always with the same songs. The function to let the playlist start automatically in shuffle mode is still missing. My question: Is this such a hard task to program this in the software. Every xxxx system can do this. And i think this would be a great update for every user of Bluesound.

  Agreed. I'd love to hear an update on this. I'd really like to use playlists as alarms, but without shuffle it's useless. I don't want to wake up to the same 2-3 songs every day. Thanks!
