Popping sound
AnsweredI have a Samsung TV connected to a Powernode amp via the HDMI (e-arc). When ever the channel is changed there is a popping sound from the connected speakers, this didn’t happen when connected to the Pulse soundbar and I have not changed any settings on the TV. Any ideas as to why? Many thanks

Hi Paul, always a good idea to to follow the “ Connecting HDMI - Procedure” in this support document.
If that does not help immediately after the popping noise in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
