Pulse Flex 2i speaker pair lose sync with Pulse Soundbar+ constantly
AnsweredAll inputs (WiFi, Optical, bluetooth) to Soundbar+ eventually lose sync to (WiFi) connected rear Flex 2i speakers.
Wired ethernet connection not an option to solve this.
Very annoying. Seems like this issue has been occurring with other users for a long time with no solution in sight.
After many configurations and manipulations of settings I have concluded that the Pulse Soundbar+ is deficient and unable to support the surround sound that Bluesound touts.
Anyone with a solution please respond.
Thanks.

Hello Roscoe
Please select Settings, Send Support request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can help troubleshoot. Please include the make and model of your TV, the television streaming sources (AppleTV, Cable Box...) and how the TV is connected (HDMI or Optical) in your request description.
They will then reach out with troubleshooting tips unique to your setup.

I have excactly the same issue. My Pulse Flex 2i are connected via network cable to overcome any Wifi problems, however the out of sync keeps coming back every day. I have to re-group to fix the issue. Very annoying. I’ve created a support request as mentioned above.

Hi Ron,
I suggest you submit a support request in the App if you have issues. They analyze a diagnostic log from your speakers and can better pinpoint the problem.
I did that and I got back some info that worked for me. Please see below:
"The Broken Pipe error occurs when the Bluesound Player fails to receive content and exhausts the playback buffer within an acceptable timeframe.
Performing a network reset will clear your network router's cached addresses and may resolve this issue.1. Power down all players.
2. Disconnect any wireless extenders or repeaters in your home.
3. Disconnect your router. Wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect it.
4. Wait for 5 minutes (IMPORTANT – do NOT skip the wait time).
5. Power on all wireless extenders or repeaters and wait for 5 minutes. Skip this step if you don't have an extender/repeater.
6. Power on all players.
7. Relaunch the BluOS Controller App."
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Roscoe.

Hi Roscoe,
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I've followed the steps as described. So far so good, but let's see if it will last for a longer period than just one day.
Thanks Ron
