Can’t remove CD from Vault V500

I have tried both using the blue sound app to eject the CD under the ripping tab, I have also tried turning it off and pressing and holding the button down when it turns green.

  Hi David, the button needs to be held down before it turns green, it can be tricky getting the timing right for a firmware upgrade (with Vault CD eject)

  If you still have problems then in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com

  Funny thing is that the internal drive as a buttom to press but this is not accessable in the current houseing

  I'm transferring this V500 vault to an old nroken Sansui CD playter housing just for fun and also don't like the design of the V500
