Sync Issues With Node and powernodes
AnsweredI have a node connected to a surround sound system, and, a powernodes, and a powernode edge. The powernodes sync fine together. However the node is always delayed.
I've read all the other posts about sync issues. Can you PLEASE add a manual delay adjustment option for grouping between bluos devices. This is not a difficult thing to do programmatically. I've seen the posts about this feature messing up all the work done on synchronisation, bit apparently that work isn't effective.
These are all latest generation Bluos devices. They should play well with each other. And when our of sync I should be able to adjust it.
I spent a lot of money on these devices expecting them to work better than the old Chromecast audio devices I had but at least they allowed me to manually adjust the delay of my speakers.
Do we have a solution for this year's old problem?

The delay is being created by your external DAC. If you use the NODE analogue outs you should not experience any delay. A manual delay cannot be adjusted as fine as required by BluOS Standards for perfect synchronisation which has bene measured to <2ms.
Your Bluesound NODE uses a high quality DAC that has been programmed to create a true neutral unadjusted sound.
If you are experiencing delay while using the analogue outs, please check Settings, Diagnostics to ensure you have a strong wireless signal to the NODE. Check out www.bluesound.com/network101.
