    Hello Geert

    If your Bluesound NODE is not booting and is receiving a red LED, a software reload will not resolve your issue. The NODE 2 red LED is a hardware fault. Please continue to work with our Support Crew to arrange to have your Bluesound Player serviced through proper channels.
