Vault 2 stuck in recent (Nov 2024) update with alternating green and red lights
AnsweredBluesound Vault 2 has stalled, flashing red and green during the recent update.
It's stuck this way and the app simply says 'upgrade failed' where I view players.
I saw mention on forums of the unnervingly slow red and green flashing update, but this is different as it has been stuck this way for a couple of days.
I unplugged (complete disconnect - power, ethernet, COAX all pulled) let it sit for an hour and plugged back in, but it picked up again with the Christmas lights - flashing red and green.
Four Node N130 units on this network updated at the same time without issue.
Unit was fine and in use to rip and play from the library minutes before the failed update.
Power supply is clean, connected directly to router with 250mbps down / 30 mbps stable internet.
Unit was purchased December 2022 from The Audio Factory, so the warranty expired just under a year ago, with less than two years of use.
I've scanned this and other forums for similar issues but haven't found solutions.

Please don't close this thread until resolved. I have seen others with the same or similar query, but comments were shut down after 'please reach out'. That limits our ability as users to find and refer to similar situations.
