I’m a 2i user about to move to either a nano or an Icon. This is a feedback note to Bluesound regarding the design of the Icon in particular to be thrown in the pot for the next iteration of the product please.
1) The placement of the presets would be better on the front rather than the top. If you have a pet, the presets on the top are likely to be triggered constantly.
2) The finishes you use on your products look great new but tends to go sticky over time. I don’t know what triggers it (humidity?) but it makes it more prone to marking and a more difficult sell when it comes time to upgrade.
3) Between the two players I’m looking at, the USBC of the nano is more flexible for me. It would be a selling point in newer generations of Icon.

Starting with the introduction of the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ we have moved away from the soft vulcanised cover. Your NODE ICON will not include it and use a more hard shell.
