After recent update added albums not showing up in 'new'
AnsweredAfter updating my node and pulse flex recently I do not see the added albums in new.
I have a NAS drive with all my music stored on. Up until the most recent update, after reindexing the drive all music added since the last index would show in the 'Library' 'new' section. All music added before the recent update show but anything added since does not show. The music is there as it shows and plays if I search for it.

It may not be BluOS related but how the file was added... The NEW tag is based on the timestamp on the source (Windows, macOS or NAS drive) that the file was created, edited or altered. If you are relocating a file (move) from folder to folder or even from device to device, the timestamp are not changed. If copied a clone of the file is created so does change.
If you feel that is not the case, send us log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request so we may take a closer look.

You could try running the “rebuild index” , takes longer than the reindex but clears the database and starts again.

Thanks, tried that but same issue.

I have sent a request as they were downloaded from a record label and added to the NAS the same day.
