How to get latest version of Android app?

In “About” on my Android Bluesound app the version number is shown as 4.6.2. But on the website here it’s 4.8.0. https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/categories/1500000829902-Release-Notes How can I download that version?

  It takes times for the App stores to propagate, with Android it can take a few days to be available everywhere.

  Thanks Seppi. I’ll keep checking. Could you answer another question please? When I launched the app this morning it showed an update was available. I declined. Is that an update for my app on my phone or firmware on the player? I bought it in February 2020.

  How long before I’m prompted again? I did delete it and downloaded the app from the store but the version was the same. All this to fix a problem I reported 5 months ago and is still ongoing. Very frustrating.

  That’s the firmware update, prompts quite regularly but you can just check for updates and do it sooner if you wish.

  Got it, thanks. It says Update Available. No further info present.

  But if I then close the app and reopen it the prompt to upgrade appears. Thanks! 😁
