Stuck in update mode
AnsweredThe older one of my players, my Bluesound node 2 is stuck in update mode, with a constant red light remaining visible on the status and 'play/pauze'-button. Connecting it to a wired connection didn't work; nor did a factory reset atempt (status light wont start blinking, even after one minute of keeping my finger on the play button after 10 sec power-disconnection. Please help.

Could be a number of things, worthwhile leaving the power disconnected for a good ten minutes.
In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this in the app then contact support via email support@bluesound.com
