Pulse M looses wifi connection
Answered I have two Pulse M speakers. Wifi connection looks fine but when grouped in a stereo setup, after a couple of time suddenly the music stops. Looking in the BluOs controller, no players were found. After disconnect and recoonnect the power to one of the Pulses, the group is visible again in the controller and music can be played. My suppliers opinion is that my wifi is not good but I have 18 devices connected to wifi and only the Pulse gives problems. Anyone a suggestion?

You need Bluesound support to look at the logs, immediately after the player stop in In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
