M32 with BluOS MDC with Tidal
AnsweredHello
Was there recently a change in recognizing Tidal HR?
With the Tidal App (Phone or Desktop), some titles show 24/192 or 24/44 for example. All these tracks are only played as 16/44 on the M32 - the BluOS app and the display of the M32 show exactly the same. What went wrong?
**Update: playing the track via Tidal Connect seems to be fine... it streams with 24/96 (example). When I do the same thing through BluOS Controller App, it starts streaming the track with 16/44
So it looks like an issue with the BluOS Controller
Thanks
Dom

Not seen any other recent posts regarding this on the community forum but it is predominantly Bluesound here.
The BluOS app does however let you choose the resolution, log out of Tidal using the BluOS App and back in again making sure you have selected the highest bit / depth rate,

Don't know if this has changed, but when configuring Tidal as a service inside of BluOS, it let you choose the streaming quality. Sorry - my fault :)!
Can't remember that this was a thing in the past. Thank you Seppi
