DEEZER does not work at all
AnsweredNothing works :((
- iOS App: 4.6.2 BlueOS: 4.6.3 (all devices)
Titles play briefly, then stop or pause for several seconds. Other
streaming services work excellently.
Logically, all devices have their fixed IP address, the WIFI is provided by UBIQUITI AMPLIFI ALIEN etc. etc.
I have deregistered all devices from Deezer, changed the Deezer password on the Deezer homepage, then rebooted all my devices, re login ... None of it helped.
I am really angry ... ;/

Try the Deezer App on your phone / tablet rather than in the BluOS app and see what happens. Deezer’s is my favourite streaming service and currently working fine for me in the UK.
I would also reboot the Router if not already done so, I had to do this today for an unrelated to Deezer issue as my ISP made changes over night.

Seppi, thanks for your quick response.
All done 😥 no success.
The native Deezer App runs fine.

All I can suggest now the Router has been restarted is to logout again of Deezer using the BluOS App, reboot the BluOS device and then log in again.
Then if still not working in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

I will admit some current frustration with Deezer in the current Windows Desktop app. For example, I either select Flow or Related Artists Radio... and after about 45 minutes the Flow/Radio stops and I have to restart it. I did try a reboot of the network and router as well as relogging into Deezer. The same issue reoccurs.
This evening, I have been listening to Flow using the Android app for well over an hour and no issues.
Go figure.
BTW absolutely no issues with Tidal... Desktop or Android.

I have got the solution:
Quit DEEZER!
DEEZER has got massive problems related to to DNS issues. Bluesound is not to blame.0
