No volume on subwoofer

After installing subwoofer + the volume is very very low

  Two things...

  Check out the audio volume on the SUB+ using the side buttons on the physical unit...

  Also look at the Audio Settings and adjust the Volume Trim compared to the volume of the Player; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054845114-Adjusting-Audio-Settings-PULSE-SUB
