Answeredthis is VERY annoying !
Overall I am not so happy with this purchase - too much issues - sound quality is not good - regret not buying Sonos player - have never these issues

This is not the usual experience with Bluesound so there must something fundamentally wrong, but you don’t give any information in your posts about what players, where the music is played from, Wi-Fi / Ethernet details etc.
It would be best to contact support directly rather than relying on the community forum.
In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
