Reindex only via wi-fi, not ethernet

    Hi Ian

    Support eventually came back with a message that this was a “known issue” and stating that the only way that Bluos could now reindex was via wi-fi. I changed my connection and reindexed via wi-if and finally I had my library back and accessible

    Sorry for the inconvenience - look for a patch in the next release of BluOS (coming weeks) to resolve older BluOS Models having network collision issues when wired and a lot of network traffic (such as Indexing).

    Definitely not true. I have no problems reindexing over Ethernet.
