    Hi Strat68

We are having a hard time replicating this. Can you please reach out to our Support Crew and send them a log file of your player by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. Once you fill out the online form and press submit, the log file will be automagically attached to your request.

I'm having the same issue. When using the BluOS Controller app (version 4.6.2) for iOS (version 17.3.1), after selecting Tidal: My Music from the Home Screen and then choosing to View All albums, I see only the first 30 albums in both List and Grid display mode. Scrolling down gives animated grey placeholders that never change (see attached screenshot). Scroll too far and the app crashes!

When I tried the same with version 4.6.2 (Build Number: 3021) of the Android app, the app appeared to work correctly, yielding considerably more than 30 albums.

Interestingly, back in the iOS app, I can see many more of my albums (perhaps all of them) by choosing Recent Favourites > View All from the TIDAL screen. Unfortunately, choosing My Music from the TIDAL screen, followed by View All albums, displays only the first 30 albums, as above.

I'm running BluOS version 4.6.3 on my (2021) Bluesound Node.

Can't speak for @Strat68, but the recent updates (BluOS 4.8.7 and iOS App 4.8.1) have fixed this issue for me. Thanks!
