Weird ripping issue with Hyperion recordings

Hello -- I'm about 40% through ripping 1000 CDs to the 2i, but 3 of the CDs failed with the same weird issue. Their rip all failed on the final track (taking too long) and the CDs were all on the Hyperion label. Just wondering if anyone else saw anything like this.

My portable LG USB CD device can rip the discs to Windows 11 without issue, so I guess I can just transfer the CD contents over that way (I tried to move just the last track over, but that creates a separate CD entry on the app with just one song on it). Also I wonder if the rip quality is a tad less if I use a $35 LG CD reader as opposed to the 2i CD reader.
