Dead Vault2i after update Oct 2024
Unable to Connect to Sonos after Sonos update. Bluesound Vault wanted to do update via vault. I reindexed the music first, and the IOS app also said that backup disk not executed. Did the Bluesound update which appeared to complete (the Vault is plugged directly into the network modem). But lights stuck on red. Multiple reboots and factory reset procedures as per instructions, have not worked. Looks either dead or update mucked it up but ? how to fix. And if data cannot be retrieved and backup drive dead too, then have lost all the CD data recorded (CD's were given away). Bought 2021; would have anticipated a much longer life than this. Can the device be reset r rescued in some other way? I cannot find a local service centre in Australia.
