    Hi Tom

We are targeting in the first quarter of the new year. Feel free to purchase with confidence.

    Hi Tony,

I will be purchasing another NODE N132 before the holiday, and plan on keeping my N130 for another location. I'm hoping the DSD firmware will also come to the N130 since it is a quad core machine.

    Thank you,

    Tom

Can you advise if the DSD output update will be coming to the N130?

Info here on what Bluesound hardware can be supported…

    What does this statement mean?

"Only these models will support it but old models grouped with these models as the primary player in the group will play the decoded content."

Play DSD tracks on one of the aforementioned Bluesound devices and then if you group a Bluesound DSD unsupported device it will play.

So let me simplify my question, will N130 with the future update send native DSD to a external DAC with DSD playback capability?

    Hi Jason

    No, it will not.

Ok fair but was Matt mistaken when he posted this?

We are in the very early stages of implementing QRONO (by our good friends at MQA Labs) so it is too early to tell definitively. As Matt (our Brand Manager) has suggested it is theoretically possible but in speaking with Product Development, we are still some time out before having a working sample for testing and definitively saying 'Yes, it will and this is when'. We here at Support are erroring on the side of caution. Thanks for understanding.

If DSD playback is important to you now, or within the next 6 months or beyond, I would suggest either upgrading or using the current tools in the BluOS App for Windows.
