Reindexing no longer working on Mac
AnsweredHave tried everything recommended online, reconnecting network drive, changing file permissions, rebooting, factory resetting my two Node 2i’s, resetting my router, etc… Nothing has worked. Every attempted reindex stops at 400 songs, but ultimately fails. I sent a help request but have yet to hear back.

Maybe a corrupted file is aborting the reindex/ rebuild.
If not too much trouble, try splitting the library and reindex by smaller sections until the reindex stops.
This could give some indication about where the problem sits.
Also, when the process has stopped, launch a support request through the app, this will send a log for the support team to examine.
