Cannot access Vault 2i from iPhone anymore

    Another Bluesound user here.

    The Vault needs a network connection to work. Plug the Vault into your router using an ethernet cable and it should appear on the network. It can then be set up in the BluOS Controller app. As long as the iPhone is on the same network it should appear in the app for set up. Once that's done it can be set up wirelessly if that's required.

    Failing that use the support link on this page to start a ticket with Bluesound for assistance.

    "it cannot find it" refers to the settings app not being able to see the Vault 2i hotspot. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

    the same here, it doesn't work. the vault 2i doesn't show in the app and it won't show on a wifi network as a hotspot either, which i've read in some other trails. 

    it's great to have loads of records in the vault, bu pretty pointless if I need to connect a laptop to the thing to pay some records. 

    absolutely horrible experience and it used to work fine before.

    please Bluesound, get the app updated so this glitch is fixed.

    Hi Marcel, the VAULT won’t show a Wi-Fi hotspot as it does not have Wi-Fi only Ethernet.

    Power off your VAULT and reboot your Router, wait five minutes before processing, reboot your iPhone and only now power on the VAULT - wait another five minutes before testing.

    Sorry not sure what you mean about using a laptop to pay some records.
