Node blew out my Sonus Fabre sonetto V speakers I just bought “5k$”

Volume on app was turned down before turned it on!!! connected to Bluetooth and blew out my speakers nothing was changed and apparently I’m not the only one that’s dealing with this problem. I haven’t had the product no more than a week and its their new node in order for me to stop it was to mute my amplifier, which is a very expensive amplifier rogue Audio  Cronus dark this is totally unacceptable. Now am I supposed to accept new broken speakers?? I worked hard for this $5000 gone just like that
