Bluos app won't connect to network
AnsweredI've had the bluesound vault 2i for over a year now. There have been a number of issues with the software and the vault. I've had to unplug the vault or removed the ethernet connection and then plugged them back in. There have been instances where I had to delete and reinstall the bluos app on my Iphone 11. The most recent problem started day before yesterday and would not allow me to operate the vault with the phone app. I first tried unplugging the vault from the power and ethernet, then re-plugging them in. This did not solve the problem so I deleted and reinstalled the app onto my Iphone. The app will not access my local network. It just sits and spins. I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times now but it still just sits and spins.I have the desktop app and it's working fine. Any suggestions?

So I followed the directions powering off the vault and the router, and then powering them back on. I also made sure that the Local Network support for the Bluos App was enabled (which it already was). This had no effect on the Bluos App, it just kept spinning trying to connect to the local network.
I was pretty frustrated and was getting ready to email support. However, I decided to shut down my Iphone and turn it back on. This cleared whatever problem there was with the Bluos App, and it was able to connect with the local network and the vault.
