Flashing green means it’s trying to connect to the network, double check the Ethernet lead, removing reinserting at both the Vault and Router end, on the Router you should have a link LED display when the Vault is connected.
Try powering off the Vault, Router and any switches you have in between.
Can you test the Ethernet lead by plugging in another device?
Still no joy, then in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com

Where does the log file come from, the controller app or the player?

Log is in the players, so if you have multiple devices you can send the log file via the BluOS app. If you have only one device (which is having issues) then you email as you won’t be able to send anything.

Thanks for your help. The Vault is working again. Just swapped out the Ethernet cable. Let’s hope it continues to work!
