    Hello,

I suggest submitting a support request using the BluOS app so our support crew can help you and review the issue you are having.

Using the BluOS app, BluOS >> Help >> Send Support Request.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

This seems to happen because of „special“ characters like colons or slashes in the metadata. I found that it also depends on how you select the album, when selecting via „Artists“, I get the error, when selecting from „New“ or the 3 dots menu „Go to artist“, everything works fine. Quite bad when you have lots of live recordings containing dates like „yyyy/mm/dd“… No chance to open them via „Artists“.

"This seems to happen because of „special“ characters like colons or slashes in the metadata" - I can confirm that this appears to be the issue. When I edit the metadata to take out things like semi-colons, and reindex, the content appears just fine. I also looked at special characters in the folder names as being an issue.
