Node 2 - no LED - no hotspot mode - not seen in direct ethernet

After a move, I am finally reconnecting my node 2 in a new place with a new router/WiFi. Alas when trying to setup wireless the led cycle to red, flashing green (as expected) then no led at all. It never goes to solid green and does not go in hotspot mode : no WiFi visible.
In direct ethernet to a computer, the led goes also to off and the blue os windows app does not see the player that is yet wired through ethernet to the PC.
How can I sole this?

Another Bluesound user here.
A wired network connection requires the Node be connected to a router which will provide an IP address. Connecting it via ethernet to a computer does not do this. If connecting the Node via ethernet to your router it still produces no result then click the support link at the bottom right of this screen.

Thanks. Also did through router but same results: no front led light and not seen in the blueos app... Will do support then!
