    Hi Mark, temporary use an Ethernet connection moving the Pulse M if necessary. Then if the phone or table still won’t see the M use a wired computer such as a PC or Mac.

    You should now be able to finish the configuration by changing the default name and adding the Wi-Fi credentials again. Unplug the Ethernet from the M and it will then switch to wi-fi and show a blue led.

    If you still cannot use a mobile device it’s possible your Router is isolating wireless/ wired connections and best to contact support directly. In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
