REMOTE SERVICE ERROR and INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Please anyone have a "fix" for this issue.  Tech support claims issues with "Amazon service outage from Amazon; specifically, the Amazon Web Services (AWS) server"  ???  I would like to have timeline for this.  It has been weeks of gradual problems and now, I cannot even use the (3) Nodes in my system.  I have tried every combination, but nothing removes the error messages.
