    First thing to try is pulling the power and leaving it off for 10 minutes, next step would be a factory reset (warning this deletes everything including playlists so back them up).

    Probably best to log a support ticket, in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
